STRETCH FILM

Manufacture

Stretch films are produced by blown extrusion (blown film) as mono or coex films, or by casting (cast film). Blown film has higher mechanical properties, while cast film is sufficient for most applications.

Uses

The main use for stretch films is the securing of a wide variety of products on pallets for transportation, both as hand-stretch film for manual application, and as machine-stretch film for fully automatic stretch wrapping lines.
